This poor lady is now a single mother after being abandoned by the husband in November 2022. Her survival was by hand washing clothes for the neighbors for a whole day job and earn a dollar. Due to her heavy pregnancy she couldn’t do the washing any more because it involved bending. She opted to beg for lunch daily at Provide International center in Korogocho sponsored by prime bank. Recently she delivered two beautiful twins. The Photo shows Miss Connie Kirika the senior marketing manager for Prime bank presenting a bed to the lady donated by Silvia her colleague workmate who had visited the slum recently and saw the untold poverty conditions there.
