Transforming Mental Health in Nairobi's Underserved Communities Since 1986, Provide International has been dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for marginalized communities in Nairobi's Kayole and Korogocho slums. Our comprehensive approach integrates clinical services, community education, and policy advocacy to address the unique mental health needs of these underserved populations. Our Mission Our mission is to enhance mental health and well-being in Kayole and Korogocho by providing accessible, compassionate, and culturally relevant mental health services. We aim to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and ensure that every individual has access to the care they need to lead a fulfilling life. What We Do
  1. Integrated Mental Health Clinics
    • We operate mental health clinics within our hospitals in Kayole and Korogocho slums, offering diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and medication management. Our clinics are staffed by a team of trained professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors.
  2. Community Mental Health Awareness Campaigns
    • Our educational campaigns aim to increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma through workshops, seminars, community talks, and media engagement.
  3. Support Groups
    • We facilitate peer support groups tailored for various demographics such as children, women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, providing a safe space for sharing experiences and receiving support.
