At Provide International, we believe that empowering women, especially single mothers and young girls, is crucial for fostering sustainable development and creating resilient communities. For decades, women living in the slums have faced significant barriers to socioeconomic advancement. Our mission is to bridge this gap by providing comprehensive support and opportunities for economic empowerment. Our Women Economic Empowerment Program Our program is designed to uplift women through a range of initiatives that enhance their skills, build their capacity, and enable them to thrive economically. We are dedicated to ensuring that every woman has the tools and opportunities needed to achieve financial independence and contribute positively to her community. Key Initiatives

Capacity Building in SME Products
- Table Banking: We offer table banking sessions where women can save collectively and access small loans to start or expand their businesses.
- Skills Training: Our training programs cover essential skills such as tailoring, cross-stitching, baking, soap and detergent production, shoe polish production, beadwork, and ICT, equipping women with the capabilities to generate income and become self-sufficient.
Tailoring and Fashion Design
- We provide practical training in tailoring and fashion design, enabling women to create and sell clothing items and accessories, thereby fostering entrepreneurship and job creation.
Baking and Food Production
- Our baking workshops teach women how to produce baked goods and other food products, empowering them to start small-scale food businesses and improve their economic status.
Soap and Detergent Production
- We offer training in the production of soap and detergents, providing women with the skills to create essential household products and establish their own enterprises.
Production of Shoe Polish,maasai shoes and Beadworks.
- Through specialized training in production of shoe polish,maasai shoes and beadwork, we help women develop unique craft skills that can be turned into profitable businesses for economic growth.
ICT Training
- Our ICT programs equip women with digital skills, opening up opportunities in the technology sector and enabling them to access online platforms for business and employment.
